Peterka goes from Sabres to Utah, gets new deal

The Sabres traded forward JJ Peterka to the Utah Mammoth for Josh Doan and Michael Kesselring. Peterka, a restricted free agent, also agreed with Utah on a five-year contract extension with a $7.7 million cap hit.
